bugmaster 50174691dc 0032404: Draw - problems with definition of cpulimit in tests 
- The maximum value of cpulimit in test cases was limited to 1000 seconds (~ 17 minutes)
- cpulimit 1000 has been added to hlr/begin

ski 44fae8b193 0027691: Remove dchrono from all test cases and move its to perf group 
Remove performance comparing with hardcoded value.
Test cases for performance of some commands were moved to perf group.

Updated documentation.
