abv 39c8dc708f 0031546: Application Framework - Memory leak (100 bytes) on Load / Close OCAF document
Class Standard_BaseDriver is inherited from Standard_Transient, its descendants are updated accordingly.
Handle is used to manipulate objects of this class and its descendants (instead of references or raw pointers) to ensure automatic destruction.

Added test bugs caf bug31546

Related:
- Standard_OVERRIDE is added in declarations of virtual methods in descendants of Storage_BaseDriver
- Methods operator << and operator >> are removed in descendants of Storage_BaseDriver (they repeat the same methods inherited from the base class)
- Typedef PCDM_BaseDriverPointer is marked as deprecated
- Unused class DDI_Ostream is removed
- Private field Standard_Transient::count is renamed to myRefCount_ to avoid compiler warnings if the same name is used within the scope of a descendant class
- Output of meaningful error messages is restored in DRAW commands fsdread and fsdwrite

abv 0f57ab750d 0029590: Coding - avoid usage of Standard_EXPORT attribute for inline methods
All occurrences of Standard_EXPORT attached to inline methods in OCCT code are eliminated.
Some unused classes and C++ files producing no code are deleted.

abv 472433e2c7 0029355: OCCT 6.9.1 persistence restored in OCCT 7.2.0 not working
Auxiliary classes StdObjMgt_ReadData::Object and StdObjMgt_WriteData::Object are renamed to "ObjectSentry" (to better reflect their nature); constructor is made explicit to ensure that such objects are always created intentionally.
These objects are instantiated explicitly in the body of relevant functions, instead of implicit creation as temporary objects when function requires such object as argument.
Variable used to get char from stream is nullified in several places in FSD_File and other classes, to avoid possible usage of uninitialized memory in case if stream is bad.

snn ec96437207 0028564: Support of applications using old persistence (ShapeSchema)
1. Bug fix in reading old persistent data using FSD_File storage driver
2. Persistence compatible with legacy format was restored for shapes
   a. Implemented a storage read / write wrapper for legacy persistence
   b. Added DRAW commands to read / write files in legacy format
   c. Added test cases for reading / writing operations with checking number of sub-shapes and physical properties
   d. Updated related sections of the development guide

myn 45d8465ea2 0027241: Create a complete test case to verify reading of all attribute types from MDTV-Standard document
Added test case that works in one of two modes:
1) create synthetic document (in old version of OCCT) containing all possible attributes.
2) open the document and compare all attributes with expected values.

Fixed reading of TDataStd_NamedData, TDataXtd_PatternStd, and PColStd_HArray2OfReal.
Point and curve representations are created even from NULL geometry handles.
The code is simplified by abandoning usage of templates from StdObjMgt_ContentTypes class for persistent data elements.

Fixed SetAsciiString Draw command failed when the target label contained NamedData attribute.

myn ff205346c9 0026961: Recover possibility to read files in old persistence format
Possibility to read shapes and OCAF documents from old persistence format (Std and StdL schema) is restored.

Test cases used old persistent files on input are restored with suffix "_std"

abv a9dde4a31b 0027104: DownCast() cannot return null for mismatched handle
Method DownCast() is made template, to be available only when argument is actually a pointer or handle to a base class.

For compatibility with existing code, method DownCast() that can be used for the same type, derived, or unrelated class (i.e. where there is no actual down casting) is still available, its use shall cause "deprecated" compiler warning.

OCCT code is updated to remove meaningless DownCast()s; a few places where DownCast() was used with argument of unrelated type are corrected.

DRAW command QAHandleCast is removed (it was useful only during redesign of handles).

abv aa00364da7 0026377: Passing Handle objects as arguments to functions as non-const reference to base type is dangerous
Operator of cast to non-const reference is declared deprecated to produce compiler warning if used (usually implicitly).

OCCT code is updated to avoid that cast, occurring when function accepting non-const reference to handle is called with handle to derived type.
For that, local variable of argument type is passed instead, and down-cast is used to get it to desired type after the call.
A few occurrences of use of uninitialized variable are corrected.

myn 7ed7467da3 0026961: Recover possibility to read files in old persistence format -- preparation
Added basic support for possibility to read filed in old persistent format.
Toolkits TKStd, TKStdL, TKShape added to provide necessary tools (to be done).
Obsolete interfaces are removed from classes in PCDM and Storage.
