Keeping information about the file start instead of calling tellg. This fixes problem with not-seekable streams used for XML files reading and improves performance of XML files reading (about 10%), since tellg is quite long operation.
"endl" manipulator for Message_Messenger is renamed to "Message_EndLine".
The following entities from std namespace are now used
with std:: explicitly specified (from Standard_Stream.hxx):

All occurrences of Standard_EXPORT attached to inline methods in OCCT code are eliminated.
Some unused classes and C++ files producing no code are deleted.
New macro Standard_FALLTHROUGH is defined for use in a switch statement immediately before a case label, if code associated with the previous case label may fall through to that
next label (i.e. does not end with "break" or "return" etc.).
This macro indicates that the fall through is intentional and should not be diagnosed by a compiler that warns on fallthrough.
The macro is inserted in places that currently generate such warning message and where fallthrough is intentional.
Doxygen comments are provided for this and other macros in Standard_Macro.hxx.
1) Add protection against accessing null pointer in PCDM_ReadWriter::FileFormat.
2) In LDOM_XmlReader::ReadRecord, take into account that the character '>' can have no special meaning (e.g., in a text), and we must read the data behind this character to complete the current tag reading. This treatment concerns the mode of work when myTagPerStep is true.
3) Create a test case of reading of XML file not related to OCAF document.

TDocStd_Application class extended to open/save a document of XmlOcaf and BinOcaf format
from/to standard SEEKABLE stream object which should support SEEK functionality.
Open and SaveAs DRAW commands got new additional argument "-stream" to turn on using of stream functionality.

Adaptations for compiling with GCC 4.7 and 4.8:

Test commands for checking performance and functionality of OCCT handles and RTTI added.

Implementation of opencascade::handle improved to enable compile-time error if two handles of incompatible types are compared.
Comparison of handle to NULL is not possible any more; method IsNull() should be used instead.
Method LDOM_MemManager::Doc() is removed to avoid cyclic dependency of headers; constructor of LDOM_Document(LDOM_MemManager&) is used directly instead.
