7dd7c146e8 0030675: Visualization - remove redundant proxy classes in hierarchy of PrsMgr_Presentation
Removed redundant proxy class Prs3d_Presentation - Graphic3d_Structure now should be used directly.
Removed auxiliary class PrsMgr_ModedPresentation holding Structure and Display Mode index (field has been moved to Structure itself),
so that PrsMgr_Presentations (AIS_InteractiveObject::Presentations()) now holds Structures directly.
PrsMgr_Prs proxy class has been removed, and PrsMgr_Presentation now inherits Graphic3d_Structure.

Graphic3d_Structure, maps declarations have been corrected to use class instead of void*, which allowed to avoid redundant casts.
Several methods have been also modified to avoid creating Handle from this pointer.
AIS package headers have been cleaned up from forward declaration of Prs3d_Presentation class.

Fixed dereference of destroyed presentations within connected and HLR computed objects:
- AIS_InteractiveContext::Disconnect() now erases connected presentation.
- Graphic3d_CView::Clear() now removes destructed structures from Computed list.

- fix inaccessibility of PrsMgr_Presentation methods

7bd071edb1 0026106: BRepMesh - revision of data model
Removed tight connections between data structures, auxiliary tools and algorithms in order to create extensible solution, easy for maintenance and improvements;
Code is separated on several functional units responsible for specific operation for the sake of simplification of debugging and readability;
Introduced new data structures enabling possibility to manipulate discrete model of particular entity (edge, wire, face) in order to perform computations locally instead of processing an entire model.

The workflow of updated component can be divided on six parts:
* Creation of model data structure: source TopoDS_Shape passed to algorithm is analyzed and exploded on faces and edges. For each topological entity corresponding reflection is created in data model. Note that underlying algorithms use data model as input and access it via common interface which allows user to create custom data model with necessary dependencies between particular entities;
* Discretize edges 3D & 2D curves: 3D curve as well as associated set of 2D curves of each model edge is discretized in order to create coherent skeleton used as a base in faces meshing process. In case if some edge of source shape already contains polygonal data which suites specified parameters, it is extracted from shape and stored to the model as is. Each edge is processed separately, adjacency is not taken into account;
* Heal discrete model: source TopoDS_Shape can contain problems, such as open-wire or self-intersections, introduced during design, exchange or modification of model. In addition, some problems like self-intersections can be introduced by roughly discretized edges. This stage is responsible for analysis of discrete model in order to detect and repair faced problems or refuse model’s part for further processing in case if problem cannot be solved;
* Preprocess discrete model: defines actions specific for implemented approach to be performed before meshing of faces. By default, iterates over model faces and checks consistency of existing triangulations. Cleans topological faces and its adjacent edges from polygonal data in case of inconsistency or marks face of discrete model as not required for computation;
* Discretize faces: represents core part performing mesh generation for particular face based on 2D discrete data related to processing face. Caches polygonal data associated with face’s edges in data model for further processing and stores generated mesh to TopoDS_Face;
* Postprocess discrete model: defines actions specific for implemented approach to be performed after meshing of faces. By default, stores polygonal data obtained on previous stage to TopoDS_Edge objects of source model.

Component is now spread over IMeshData, IMeshTools, BRepMeshData and BRepMesh units.

1. Extend "tricheck" DRAW-command in order to find degenerated triangles.

2. Class BRepMesh_FastDiscret::Parameters has been declared as deprecated.

3. NURBS range splitter: do not split intervals without necessity. Intervals are split only in case if it is impossible to compute normals directly on intervals.

4. Default value of IMeshTools_Parameters::MinSize has been changed. New value is equal to 0.1*Deflection.

5. Correction of test scripts:

1) perf mesh bug27119: requested deflection is increased from 1e-6 to 1e-5 to keep reasonable performance (but still reproducing original issue)
2) bugs mesh bug26692_1, 2: make snapshot of triangulation instead of wireframe (irrelevant)

Correction in upgrade guide.

4a056d205b 0030058: Visualization, Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray - the selection is not fast enough
Select3D_SensitiveSet::Matches() has been improved to check if BVH node is fully included by selection volume
and pass this information to overlapsElement()/elementIsInside() interfaces
to avoid expensive partial overlapping checks for individual elements.
Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray implements this new interface to improve partial overlapping performance.
Select3D_SensitivePrimitiveArray::Matches() now handles rectangle selection for sub-elements when Elements map is defined.
Added missing const to SelectMgr_BaseFrustum::Overlaps() methods.

AIS_PointCloud has been extended with new selection mode for collecting selected nodes

Draw Harness command vdrawparray has been extended with an option -shape
allowing to create a triangulation from tessellated shape.

170175554f 0029938: Visualization - SelectMgr_ViewerSelector::PickedPoint() should return point lying on an object
Extended SelectBasics_PickResult structure by myObjPickedPnt field, which contained the value of the 3d point on the selected object.
Changed all Overlaps methods. Parameter theDepth replaced on object of the structure SelectBasics_PickResult. This approach will be able to add new fields to SelectBasics_PickResult structure without big changes in modules which contained Overlaps method.

Deprecated functionality related to Local Context has been removed.

The following classes and types have been removed:
AIS_LocalContext, AIS_DataMapOfILC, AIS_LocalStatus, SelectMgr_SequenceOfSelector, SelectMgr_DataMapOfObjectSelectors.
Value AIS_DS_Temporary has been removed from enumeration AIS_DisplayStatus.

The following methods related to Local Context have been removed from AIS_InteractiveContext:
::HasOpenedContext(), ::HighestIndex(), ::LocalContext(),
::LocalSelector(), ::OpenLocalContext(), ::CloseLocalContext(),
::IndexOfCurrentLocal(), ::CloseAllContexts(), ::ResetOriginalState(),
::ClearLocalContext(), ::UseDisplayedObjects(), ::NotUseDisplayedObjects(),
::SetShapeDecomposition(), ::SetTemporaryAttributes(),
::ActivateStandardMode(), ::DeactivateStandardMode(), ::KeepTemporary(),
::SubIntensityOn(), ::SubIntensityOff(),
::ActivatedStandardModes(), ::IsInLocal()
and ::AddOrRemoveSelected() taking TopoDS_Shape.

The methods AIS_InteractiveContext::Display() and ::Load()
taking argument theToAllowDecomposition have been marked as deprecated;
the new methods without this unused argument should be used instead.
AIS_InteractiveContext::DisplayedObjects() - removed argument theOnlyFromNeutral.

SelectMgr_SelectionManager has been simplified so that now it support only single Viewer Selector.

The argument -local has been removed from Draw Harness commands vselmode, vremove, vdisplay, vdisplayall, verase.

OpenGl_ShaderManager - added new GLSL sub-programs for clipping plane chains.
Bnd_Range::TrimFrom(), ::TrimTo() - added auxiliary methods for trimming the range.
SelectMgr_ViewClipRange now handles non-continuous clipping range.
Graphic3d_SequenceOfHClipPlane now aggregates NCollection_Sequence instead of inheritance.
OpenGl_CappingPlaneResource - triangulation has been adjusted to make front face following CCW order.

f47849f49e 0028416: Visualization - SelectMgr_SelectionManager::Activate() should not implicitly deactivate Global Selection Mode
Implicit deactivation of global selection mode has been removed from SelectMgr_SelectionManager::Activate().

Added new method AIS_InteractiveContext::SetSelectionModeActive() as replacement
of AIS_InteractiveContext::Activate() / ::Deactivate().
New method takes an argument AIS_SelectionModesConcurrency which defines
what to do with already activated selection modes in 3 ways:
- AIS_SelectionModesConcurrency_Single, only one selection mode can be activated at
  the same moment - previously activated should be deactivated
- AIS_SelectionModesConcurrency_GlobalOrLocal, either Global (AIS_InteractiveObject::GlobalSelectionMode()
  or Local (multiple) selection modes can be active at the same moment
- AIS_SelectionModesConcurrency_Multiple, any combination of selection modes can be activated.

b1811c1d2b 0029151: GCC 7.1 warnings "this statement may fall through" [-Wimplicit-fallthrough=]
New macro Standard_FALLTHROUGH is defined for use in a switch statement immediately before a case label, if code associated with the previous case label may fall through to that
next label (i.e. does not end with "break" or "return" etc.).
This macro indicates that the fall through is intentional and should not be diagnosed by a compiler that warns on fallthrough.

The macro is inserted in places that currently generate such warning message and where fallthrough is intentional.

Doxygen comments are provided for this and other macros in Standard_Macro.hxx.

key type Handle(SelectMgr_ViewerSelector) instead of Handle(Standard_Transient).

896faa7296 0028417: Using PRECOMPILED HEADER to speed up compilation time
Use of Cotire tool is introduced for acceleration of CMake builds, by usage of precompiled headers.
CMake option BUILD_USE_PCH is added to enable / disable use of precompiled headers

When precompiled headers are used, additional compiler macros are defined globally in the build system to avoid problems due to different order of included files:
- NOMINMAX is defined on Windows to prevent defining "min" and "max" as macros by windows.h
- STRSAFE_NO_DEPRECATE and _SCL_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS are defined on Windows to prevent declaring functions of standard C library as deprecated by #pragma, and other warnings in system headers
- GL_GLEXT_LEGACY and GLX_GLEXT_LEGACY are defined to ensure that only OCCT's own glext.h is used
- __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS is defined to have standard C print format macros always defined

Code is corrected to avoid conflicts with system headers and in case of compiling together as unity builds (partially):
- Some locally defined variables in TKV3d, TKHLR are renamed to be unique
- Duplicated definitions of macros and global functions are eliminated in TKSTEP
- Useless header WNT_UInt.hxx is removed
- Usage of local variables conflicting with X11 macro is avoided in Draw_Viewer.cxx
- Local variables in AIS_ConcentricRelation.cxx are renamed to avoid conflict with macros defined in windows.h
- HXX files containing code are renamed to PXX or merged with corresponding CXX files.

IVtkTools classes are corrected to avoid compiler warnings disabled in non-PCH builds by inclusion of VTK headers.

Useless pragmas disabling warnings on MSVC are removed

9fd2d2c382 0028838: Configuration - undefine macros coming from X11 headers in place of collision
The macros Status, Convex, Opposite, FillSolid (coming from X11 headers)
are now undefined in place of definition of methods with same name in OCCT headers.
The usage of variables with name Status is now avoided.

GL_GLEXT_LEGACY is now defined only if not already defined.

The macros AddPrinter (coming from WinAPI headers) is now undefined
within Message_Messenger class definition having method with the same name.
CurrentDirectory macro is now undefined in OSD_Process.hxx.

BVH_Constants - added new enumeration defining common constant values used with BVH trees.

in classes BVH_Properties, BVH_Builder, BVH_Tree, BVH_Object.

Defined global BVH-builders instead of allocating a new one for each object set.
SelectMgr_ViewerSelector - added new method ::SetEntitySetBuilder() defining
default BVH Tree builder for SelectMgr_SensitiveEntitySet.

Added new method SelectMgr_SensitiveEntitySet::SetBuilder()
for overriding default BVH tree builder.

0e9fe060f3 0028355: Stating wrong parent class in DEFINE_STANDARD_RTTIEXT is not recognized during compilation
Added compile-time checks (static_assert) in DEFINE_STANDARD_RTTI*(A,B) macros to check that A is actually the class being defined, and B is its base class.
For GCC compiler version 4.7 and later on, check ensures that B is direct base class of A.

Fixed dubious RTTI definitions.

- SelectMgr_SelectableObject::ClearHighlighted method is added to remove dynamic highlight data;
- interactive context will pass processing of dynamic highlight erase to the object if the owner returns false in SelectMgr_EntityOwner::IsAutoHilight;
- if owner returns true in SelectMgr_EntityOwner::IsForcedHilight, selection presentation will be re-highlighted at each ::Select call;
- redundant logic related to old object-oriented highlight mechanism was removed from AIS_InteractiveContext::MoveTo.

AIS_InteractiveContext - removed the following unused properties:
- PreSelectionColor(), DefaultColor(), WasCurrentTouched(), ZDetection().
AIS_InteractiveObject - removed unused property SelectionPriority().

Prs3d_Drawer - removed properties HighlightStyle() and SelectionStyle().
Graphic3d_HighlightStyle has been superseded by Prs3d_Drawer
inheriting from new class Graphic3d_PresentationAttributes.

Graphic3d_PresentationAttributes (as Graphic3d_HighlightStyle replacement)
has been extended with new properties:
- ZLayer() defining Z-Layer for highlighting presentation.
- DisplayMode() defining display mode for highlighting.

StdSelect_BRepSelectionTool methods have been corrected to take
SelectMgr_EntityOwner instead of StdSelect_BRepOwner.
StdSelect_Shape - duplicated field myDrawer has been dropped.

AIS_InteractiveObject - myDrawer->Color() is now used instead of myOwnColor,
myDrawer->Transparency() instead of myTransparency
and myDrawer->ZLayer() instead of myZLayer.

PrsMgr_PresentationManager::Unhighlight() now unhighlight all modes.
The method taking Mode as argument has been marked deprecated.

New enumeration Prs3d_TypeOfHighlight has been introduced
defining different highlight types.
AIS_InteractiveObject::HighlightStyle() now takes enumeration argument
and defines different styles for Global and Local selection.

ComesFromDecomposition() property has been moved
from StdSelect_BRepOwner to SelectMgr_EntityOwner.

- misprint in check of global selection existence in AIS_InteractiveContext::SetSelected was corrected;
- remaining occurrencies of hard-coded 0 selection mode were corrected to use global selection mode;
- test case for issue #27983

8e5fb5eabc 0027818: Visualization - provide an interface to define highlight presentation properties
- introduces a wrapper for setting up highlight properties: Graphic3d_HighlightStyle;
- API of all methods that use highlight or selection color is changed to deal with Graphic3d_HighlightStyle;
- highlight in shading mode now supports transparency, implemented via blending;
- transparency for selection can also be set, but implementing custom entity owners with additional presentation on application level;
- methods PrsMgr_PresentationManager::Highlight, PrsMgr_PresentationManager::BoundBox that highlight object with hard-coded color are removed;
- deprecated methods of SelectMgr_EntityOwner, that use presentation manager's highlight method, were removed;
- methods of IsHilighted AIS context with selection color checks were replaced;
- added API to store dynamic and selection highlight to Prs3d_Drawer class;
- customization of dynamic and selection highlight for particular objects is now available through SelectMgr_SelectableObject::HilightAttributes();
- AIS_InteractiveContext highlight methods were updated to support individual highlight styles of interactive objects;
- introduced new command - vselprops, that allows to customize global selection and highlight properties like autoactivation, pixel tolerance and colors;
- Draw Harness commands vautoactivatesel and vselprecision were removed, use vselprops instead;
- fixed bug in command's parser;
- test case for issue #27818

778cd66786 0027860: Visualization - clean up Transformation Persistence API
Graphic3d_Camera::TransformMatrices redundant NCollection_Handle usage
has been replaced with validity flags.

Graphic3d_TransModeFlags now defined as enumeration, not integer bit flags.
Graphic3d_TMF_PanPers and Graphic3d_TMF_FullPers have been removed.
Graphic3d_TMF_ZoomRotatePers has been introduced.

Graphic3d_TransformPers is now inherits Standard_Transient.
Graphic3d_TransformPers now defines dedicated constructors
for 3D persistence (zoom / rotate) and 2D persistence (2d / trihedron).
2D persistence now supports dedicated values for X and Y offsets.
The corner is now specified by enumeration Aspect_TypeOfTriedronPosition
instead of indirect interpretation of anchor point values.
Fixed handling of Graphic3d_TMF_ZoomRotatePers (combination of Graphic3d_TMF_RotatePers + Graphic3d_TMF_ZoomPers).

PrsMgr_PresentableObject, Graphic3d_CStructure now hold
Handle(Graphic3d_TransformPers) instead of a value.
Method ::SetTransformPersistence(), ::TransformPersistence()
now works with Handle(Graphic3d_TransformPers).
Old methods have been marked deprecated.
