BRepGraph is still under development. Its API and scope need further
review before public availability. Defer integration to avoid conflicts
with ongoing development and overlapping functionality.

- Withdraw BRepGraph, BRepGraphInc, and BRepGraphSupInc from this
  version.
- Update build entries, tests, and documentation accordingly.
- Keep BRepFont construction based on TopoDS.
