- Correct squared-distance objectives and separate value and parameter tolerances. - Reuse spline span data and unchanged PSO objective evaluations. - Preserve seam pcurve maxima and report failed interval searches. - Correct closed-surface seeds and singular-boundary projection. - Fix stationary endpoint transitions and HLR surface sampling. - Preserve stable blending point references with indexed storage. - Reuse mesh points and normals and evaluate initial nodes by knot span. - Add regression tests, update references and mark unresolved failures.
