skl 13a44c4b7f 0029068: Data Exchange - Invalid rotation of result shape after import attached STEP file ...

Changes for using Axis Placement(not used during creation of assembly) as transformation for root Shape Representation.
Test for bug 29068 and auxilary command are added.
