Windows-10_22h2-x86_64: Disable MS services that we do not use

qtci-windows-10_22H2-x86_64-51 was copied as -52

In this new tier-1 image, the following services were disabled:
  - backgroundDownload.exe (part of MSVC)
  - Microsoft Edge update/installer and Onedrive

Also missing certification GlobalSign Root CA - R3 was added.
