Update qt5 wip/qt6

Browse Source 
Point qt3d, qtdeclarative, qtgraphicaleffects, qtimageformats,
qtnetworkauth, qtquickcontrols2, qtsvg to latest wip/qt6.
Also re-enable the qt3d build.
