Pasi Petäjäjärvi	fccc912655	CI: Add env variable to indicate we are running tests in CI ... Some tests change what they test depending if this env variable is set. This was left out from 6.2 and 6.3 branches accidentally as it was added only for dev branch at fba918784f as part of bigger cleanup which introduced usage of qt-testrunner.py insted.
