- ffmpeg build added to OpenSuse platforms
- installing of yasm moved to packages install file in
order to get rid of OS checkings

The binaries were built on Ubuntu 20.04 and need a specific version of
libicu to work. Temporarily install libicu66 to be able to use common
binaries on both 20.04 and 22.04.
