Eike Ziller	3369aab7fb	COIN: Add libsecret-dev on Linux machines for Qt Creator ... Qt Creator uses libsecret for saving passwords. It is dynamically resolved during runtime, but we need the development package at build time to enable the feature. Alexandru Croitor	8ad05756ed	coin: Explicitly provision the libzstd-dev package ... It used to be installed as a dependency of some other package, but stopped doing lately, which causes qtbase to build without zstd support. This change explicitly installs the libzstd-dev package to prevent this from happening again.
