beecc6e86e Use vanilla OS X 10.11 
The old version takes up 60GB of disk space which we need to deploy
to all hosts building Qt. As this adds up, should use the same
tier1 images as all the other branches also use.

a99d3432f7 Install python3 on all platforms 
Python3 is required in 5.6 by pyside-setup.
