d58d59693a Linux Provisioning: Turn off window animations 
Window animations change the physical geometry in relation to the
geometry known in Qt. Windows may not be found by
QGuiApplication::topLevelAt() as expected.

Turn animations off in Linux provisioning.

f8cffcafbd Replace RHEL 8.4 with RHEL 8.6
