Heikki Halmet	61cc4367ed	Add Ubuntu 18.04 for Qt6 binary packages ... We need to start using Ubuntu 18.04 with Qt6 binary package targets. Ubuntu 18.04 includes older GLIBC version which shouldn't cause any problems with linux distributions supported by Qt6 Tests will be executed with Ubuntu 20.04. Juha Karjalainen	3e838f2a34	Provisioning: Change openssl version to 1.1.1b ... Use newest LTS version of openssl as support for 1.0.2 series will end at end of 2019.
