openSUSE 15.6 doesn't have explicit openssl-3,
same was earlier seen with SLES 15.6 as well.
Therefore System's OpenSSL is read from openssl.

Currently only SLES and openSUSE has GCC in versions.txt.
Will also make GCC versions visible in Tools and Versions pages.

Window animations change the physical geometry in relation to the
geometry known in Qt. Windows may not be found by
QGuiApplication::topLevelAt() as expected.
Turn animations off in Linux provisioning.
