Fredrik Ålund	f9f017bf5a	Update Mimer SQL macOS binaries ... The Mimer SQL macOS binaries had a problem fixed in version 11.0.8E. Update provisioning script with new version. Since Mimer SQL on macOS is now universal binary only, remove the arm64 and x86_64 versions. Fredrik Ålund	3d354bf9c0	Add universal binary for Mimer SQL on macOS ... Do not use the Mimer SQL installer on macOS since it is not universal. Instead, use an archive with the needed library and include files. Use a universal binary on all macOS version from 11 and up.
