Build Qt Creator's elfutils on the machines Qt Creator is built on: RHEL 9.6 x86_64, Ubuntu 24.04 arm64 and macOS, and on Windows x86_64 with llvm-mingw, for x86_64 and, cross-compiled, for arm64.
