Tatiana Borisova 212e3ff69f Improve INTEGRITY cmake toolchain file ...

- Add possibility do not create megapack.a library
  manually for work with INTEGRITY framework.
- add 'frigor=accurate' option to control vectorization
  of floating-point calculations
- fix olink typo
