To fix
- Release lock --set=10.0 doesn't work with internal repo
- Also locks epel repo to same release version 10.0
Other notes:
7zip is downgraded from 25.01-1.el10_1 to 24.09-4.el10_0. As a result,
the snld switch (introduced in 7zip 25.01) is no longer required.
