Tor Arne Vestbø 4826d56e8d configure: Only consider qt-prefixed directories as potential submodules ...

People might have other non-submodule directories in their Qt checkout,
e.g. ~/dev/qt/tasks, ~/qt/dev/research, ~/dev/qt/6.10, etc

We don't want to treat these as potential submodules.
