Nils Petter Skålerud 16af59b8ac FFmpeg, iOS: Don't pass '--enable-shared' and '--disable-static' twice ...

These flags are already provided by the function
'get_ffmpeg_config_options'. In the current we pass them again
explicitly during FFmpeg configuration.

This patch makes us rely on the function's return value.
