Andreas Buhr 9ca0951470 Revert "Activate testing of developer build for Android in qtdeclarative" 
This reverts commit 2e29f9e19f.

Reason for revert: Some patches blacklisting Android need to
be integrated first in qtdeclarative/6.3.
