Joerg Bornemann ef0e6e1e8f Add ForceDebugInfo to RHEL-6.6-x86_64 ...

On this particular platform we get hard-to-reproduce autotest crashes in
the CI. Enable ForceDebugInfo to get a meaningful backtrace.
