Alexandru Croitor 20e23e79cd coin: Add instructions to run RunCMake tests ...

Add instructions to run cmake on the qt5/tests/manual/RunCMake
directory followed by ctest.
These are only executed on platforms that set the
TopLevelRunCMakeTests feature.
