Jędrzej Nowacki caacdfc3e1 Remove "-DBUILD_TESTING=OFF" from default configs ...

It is not needed. QtBase build instructions add it explicitly, as
the tests are build with a separate cmake call (to compile tests
against differently installed Qt).
