App Store requires that our FFmpeg distribution includes dSYM files for debugging symbols. This patch removes stripping from the FFmpeg build, generates the dSYM files and then manually strips the dylibs afterwards. There was a minor conflict resolution due to .xcframework files being stored in sudirectory 'framework/' rather than 'lib/' in this branch.
