eac54460a5 Add preliminary ON_RUNTIME_LINUX support. 
* [make] add missing files to get compile going
  - opennurbs_glyph_outline.cpp
  - opennurbs_unicode_cpsb.cpp
  - commented out version of LINKFLAGS with -luuid
  - commented out entries for Clang usage
