Coin, iOS, FFmpeg: Stop installing .dylibs in iOS FFmpeg provisioning
On iOS we no longer deploy FFmpeg .dylibs directly. As such, there is
no need to install the .dylibs during provisoning.
This patch removes this installation step during provisioning.
