Enable RunDependencyTests for qtwayland

Browse Source 
It will run all auto tests in dependency modules, such as qtbase,
qtdeclarative and etc, with QtWayland QPA plugin, but insignificant
for now.

So the time for testing will be similar like qtbase, about 1-2 hours.
