Provisioning: Add unity build targets into CI Nightly runs

Browse Source 
Adding these Windows, Linux and MacOS targets:
  - windows-11_23H2-msvc2022-unity-build
  - rhel-8.10-unity-build
  - ubuntu-24.04-arm64-unity-build
  - ubuntu-24.04-x64-unity-build
  - macos-universal-on-arm64-unity-build

Only builds with make examples, no tests.
