Revert "Add no-opengl to cross-compile WoA"

Browse Source 
Adding no-opengl flag affects our release binaries
and removes qt3d and qtdatavisualisation from packaging.
Use run-opengl-tests feature instead.

This reverts commit 9b7d6aedbc.
