Disable tests for MSVC2015/Win32/64bit

Frequent crashes of tst_QDir have been again observed recently in the
dev branch with MSVC2015. It should be sufficient to test MSVC2017;
MSVC2015 should only be compile-tested.

Task-number: QTBUG-58654
