RTA: remove Squish from Ubuntu 22.04 aarch64 provisioning

Squish for Qt 6.8 has glibc 2.38 and glibcxx 3.4.32 dependencies, while
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS supports glibc 2.35 and glibcxx 3.4.30.
