6c50e8122b init-repository: fall back to origin when mirror is unavailable 
This allows init-repository to be used with servers mirroring only a
portion of the qt5 submodules.  Any missing modules will be cloned from
the canonical upstream URLs.

522634777b Push handling of --no-update to the 'git submodule update' call. 
This allows running 'init-repository --no-update -f' to initialise
and fetch new submodules without attempting to updating existing
submodules which may have new commits applied which may cause the
update to fail.

f917ea79ef Updated WebKit import 
The repository pointed at is now significantly smaller and contains
a snapshot of WebKit only, excluding content like layout tests or
their platform specific results.

In addition the phonon dependency in qt.pro has been removed from WebKit,
as it is not accurate.

ca77c71471 Fixed configure exiting with 0 exit code even on failure. 
The return value from system() is an exit status (e.g. returned value
from waitpid) and needs to be shifted right by 8 bits to get an exit
code.

c5a3148009 adjust commit template 
- remove contradicting instructions to keep subject to one line and at
  the same time wrap at column 72
- git doesn't seem to remove the extra empty line after the subject any
  more, so just insert it and don't be so explict about it
- use "footers" instead of "fields". more intuitive, i think
- add some "docu" to the footer templates
- refer to the commit policy at the bottom
