Eike Ziller	575b8791f4	Revert "COIN: Remove 'Packaging' feature from rhel 8.10" This reverts commit `d7a082f08d`. Reason for revert: Since that configuration was exported for Qt 6.10.0, we released Qt Creator 18.0.0 on this. If this becomes unavailable for Qt 6.10.1 we'd need to drop a platform in a patch release of Qt Creator, which would be ugly.
