Modify tqtc-qtmcp and tqtc-qml-preview-mcp configs

- Duplicated the packaging configs for QtMCP, in order to have two
  builds: one without QHttpServer dependency (QT_FEATURE_httpmcp=OFF)
  for the packaged artifact, and the other one with the QHttpServer
  enabled for CI coverage only (not packaged).
- Modified the tqtc-qml-preview-mcp config to be built against the QtMcp
  variant without the QHttpServer dependency
