Simo Fält 92d1bdcb43 Provisioning: Fix shasum path ...

Commit c48355ebb5 changed
the path of shasum, which was not intended. While the
DownloadURL.sh utility is used by rhel in addition to
macOS we can't rely on /usr/bin/shasum but we have to
use the one found from PATH.
