Rohan McGovern 65ac36828a init-repository: also create the staging remote for qt5 
Previously we were creating the staging remotes only for the submodules.

To clone and compile the submodules, do execute the following:

  ./init-repository
  ./configure
  make

If you are a Nokia developer, you should add the -nokia-developer argument.

  ./init-repository -nokia-developer
  ./configure -nokia-developer
  make
