Alexey Edelev e0ab4a476d Enable ProtobufWellKnownTypes build for iOS ...

Specify QT_PROTOBUF_WELL_KNOWN_TYPES_PROTO_DIR that points to the
host protobuf include directory, to grab the required .proto files.
