Simon Hausmann 21995a6158 Fix dependencies of the qtdoc module ...

After commit 01d2f35b6988edacc741b358703d16d4cd8c199a in qtbase, the
existing CONFIG+=lrelease in examples/demos/photoviewer/photoviewer.pro
now calls lrelease and thus requires qttools.
