Alexandru Croitor c73ed0d8d5 CMake: Update provisioned CMake to version 4.3.2 
Update provisioned cmake to 4.3.2.

Adjust the linux provisioning script to be architecture-aware.

Add the script to the provisioning of the Ubuntu-24.04-aarch64
platform, which was previously missing it and instead relied on the
system 3.28.3 CMake.
