Alexandru Croitor 3384823666 Revert "Temporarily ignore qtnetworkauth" ...

The qtnetworkauth test was fixed, so we can re-enable the module.

Bump the sha1 to the latest version of qtnetworkauth.

This reverts commit a8d3591327.
